Tamiya acrylic paints are made from water-soluble acrylic resins and are excellent for airbrush painting. These paints can be used on styrene plastic, styrofoam, wood and metal in addition to all common plastics. The paint covers well, flows smoothly without blushing or fading, and can be blended easily. Each bottle of the Tamiya acrylic paint series contains 23 ml of paint.
Designated X colors have a glossy finish, while designated XF colors have a flat finish.
The paint can be thinned for airbrushing with Tamiya X-20A acrylic thinner.
The paint can also be thinned for airbrushing with Tamiya Lacquer Thinner.
